Why Ketlebells are so different

Not all gym equipment is created equally. Some do things that others don’t. This is by design. The design of the kettlebell provides a unique experience in training. With the weight positioned away from the handle, kettlebells become an extension of the user, adding dynamic momentum to your movements.

There are four components to the design of the kettlebell.

  2. The Horns: Provides additional grip options. A crucial aspect of kettlebells versatility

  3. The Body: This is the main weight of the kettlebell.

  4. The Base: The flat bottom of the kettlebell. Where the bell sits
