After more than a decade as a trainer, there is one thing that I know to be true. Proper movement and control of the body rarely comes naturally. Nope, not even a little bit. It is something that needs to be developed, reinforced, and continually maintained. When we as humans are unfamiliar with how to move our bodies, exercise and gyms can make us very uncomfortable. No need to worry. With a progressive functional training plan provided by Wrecking Ball Fitness, anyone with the spirit necessary to overcome challenges can begin using their bodies confidently, gracefully, and with decisive intention.
