  • Absolutely. We teach you every fundamental movement step-by-step. You’ll build strength, skill, and confidence without feeling overwhelmed or lost.

  • All you need need is two kettlebells: 1 light and 1 heavier, and a exercise mat to begin. We’ll show you exactly what weight to start with and how to progress as you get stronger.

  • Just 20–30 minutes a day, 3–4 times a week is enough to make serious progress. This is real-world training built for real busy lives.

  • We focus on endurance, Longevity and freedom of movement. The aesthetics become a side-effect of the momentum we build though consistent training. Kettlebell Training can truly be a life long practice. Your personal growth becomes the focus, powered by a system of training multiplied by community and accountability.

  • That depends! Kettlebell training emphasizes dynamic movement. Please consult a physician before starting a kettlebell program. Kettlebells place an increasingly high demand on the lifter to be focused, alert and in control. Not just control of the weight but also of their body. When done properly, KB training can build strength around the joints, develop core strength and encourage flexibility. That being said, Kettlebells should not be thought of as safe. The very thing that makes them so effective also makes them dynamic.
